ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER
Orders will ship out within an estimated 2 weeks from your order date , please allow 3-5 business days after your order begins shipment to be delivered*

SHIPPING DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE, if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your package feel free to email us at any time, please keep in mind all pieces are handmade to order therefore your patience is greatly appreciated.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

  1. All t-shirts are standard mens sizes, 100% cotton t shirts (unless reported otherwise in products description).

  2. GENTLE WASH COLD/ AIR DRY FLAT (do not machine dry)

  3. Items created with high quality transfer prints (or vinyl) onto heavy wieght cotton tees

 
TRACKING
Once your package leaves our possesion, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is

Makerteez is not responsible for any delays to your package delivery while it is in possession of the carrier. Delays can be caused by, but are not limited to, weather, holidays, increased workload during peak season, vehicle breakdowns, etc. Please refer to the tracking information on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date information. Be aware that it can take multiple days for new updates to appear. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier.

Shipping Address Authorization
We will only ship to your billing address linked to the credit card unless you authorize the requested shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will not be shipped and held until we can authorize the mismatched address. We will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone to resolve these issues, so please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date on your account/order. Your order will not ship until this information is verified. You may also preemptively contact us after placing your order to expedite this process. Any order whose shipping address is different from the billing address of the purchasing credit card will be subject to our authorization procedures.


These Terms & Conditions govern your use of  Makerteez website. When you purchase a product from Makerteez, you agree to these terms. 

 

SHIPPING TERMS:

  1. You are responsible for submitting your correct shipping address and email address.
  2. You will not be refunded due to providing an incorrect shipping address.
  3. You are responsible for contacting the carrier (USPS) in reference to your tracking stating "delivered" but not able to locate. Makerteez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deliveries once a package has left our possesion.
  4. You will not be refunded for delayed shipment times.

 

  1. REFUND/ EXCHANGE: All sales are final. By placing an order on Makerteez you agree and understand that you cannot modify, change, or request a refund.
  2. CANCELATIONS: Orders can not be canceled once placed.
